Zenim’s extensive knowledge and expertise extend to real estate investment, particularly within the northern part of Nigeria. Over the past 15 years, he has served as a beacon of knowledge for individuals and firms looking to invest in properties worth hundreds of millions. His guidance and insights have been instrumental in helping numerous individuals make informed and successful real estate investments.
He joined Toastmasters International in 2019, where he has made significant contributions in various capacities, including Vice President Education, President, and currently, as the Area Director of Toastmasters Area 30. During his tenure as President of Emerald Toastmasters Club, Zenim’s exemplary leadership skills earned the club the prestigious title of the Most Outstanding Club in Division E. His dedication to fostering growth and effective communication within the community continues to make a lasting impact.
Zenim is an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, particularly hiking. He advocates for exercise as a lifestyle and embraces a lifelong learning mindset, reflecting a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
